University of Oxford now one of the largest users of Power Apps in the UK – Microsoft UK Blog
On 25 March, the Microsoft UK blog published an article entitled, “University of Oxford now one of the largest users of Power Apps in the UK.” It described that, “The world-renowned institution, which teaches around 25,000 students every year, has created a range of easy-to-use apps that help people in various roles across the university.”
Over the past few years, and through the period of the COVID-19 pandemic, the University of Oxford has been able, the article stated, to implement and successfully implement Microsoft Power Apps, leveraging automated workflows delivered by Microsoft Power Automate. Microsoft Power Apps helps organizations to solve business challenges with low-code tools for their teams. This implementation has delivered a diverse set of apps for the University, “that handle course fees, funding applications, assigning colleges, ID cards and email accounts to new students, and childcare services and travel insurance for staff.”
